		<description>no you can't actually. for de-fusion, you can only special summon the fusion material if they're in the graveyard. to summon flare neos though, you return the fusion material back into the deck.</description>

		<description>Nope, because you can only fuse monsters on the material list. Flare Neos isn't on the Magma Neos material list so you can't. You can though use Defusion on Flare Neos and then do contact fusion!</description>
