Kinda old but Destiny End Dragoon isnt in the top 5 for its rediculous summoning or what?

The description of Destiny Hero Dogma is also incorrect. It halves your opponent’s life points on their standby phase, not yours. If he doesn’t destroy it one you summon him, you basically just have to end turn and boom. Half of their lifepoints are gone.

uh, what is the point of star blast? dogma can only be special summoned so that’s pointless…

also, you might want to check your facts. all those great things dreadmaster can do are only if he’s special summoned by clock tower prison. also, dreadmaster only destroys monsters you control. even if your opponent has a fairy-type, it won’t be destroyed. so it either does nothing, or hurts you…

I have to disagree with you on Dogma, sure I still think Dreadmaster is #1. But Dogma deserves a place. His effect states you have to tribute 3 monsters but only 1 has to be a Destiny Hero monster. The other two can be Elemental Heroes or even fairy types if you run them. As for it’s last effect, if your opponent can get rid of it then you can’t count on that last effect. But with cards like Star Blast, sacrificing 1000 LP to get a 3400/2400 base with one tribute can be a pretty sweet deal.

Cards like Cold Wave can prevent Offerings to the Doomed from getting rid of him, and having Dreadmaster on the field first ensures your opponent feels his wrath. Your post on Defender is about combining him with other cards. And Dogma is the same, if you have the right cards he can become quite the powerhouse.
