Stardust Dragon's effect never states that you have to destroy the card the turn it's effect activates. You destroy when the destruction effect is activated. One might play Limitor Removal on Main Phase, but you can still destroy the card in the end phase when Limitor Removal destroys all the Machine monsters in the field. nader’s right.
