Weakest Yugioh Cards

Since we always talk about cards a duelist should have in a deck, why don’t we talk three, popular and legit cards, that you should never have in a deck. Here are three cards that instantly came into my mind, what do you think?

1. Elemental Hero Neo Bubbleman

Okay, first of all you have to go through numerous steps just to bring this weak monster out on the field; you have to remove Elemental Hero Bubbleman from your field and Metamorphosis. E-Hero Bubbleman is a decent card, but Metamorphosis is really good! You’re just throwing it away by playing Neo Bubbleman. Neo Bubbleman has a weak 800 attack points and 1200 defense points. “Maybe its effect is good!” Wrong, if a monster battles with N-Bubbleman it is destroyed at the battle phase. Yes that is a good effect IF you’re foe is actually stupid enough to attack with a strong monster; they will simply destroy N-Bubbleman with a fodder monster. Such a useless card…

2. Strike Ninja

Another joke of a card, Strike Ninja not only removes itself from the field, but takes two other monsters from the graveyard too! It is a helpful card for a D.D. deck, but useless otherwise.

3. Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands

Manju would have been a great monster to play five/six years ago (when ritual monsters were big) but now it’s just a waste of a card. It allows you to put one ritual monster or ritual card to your hand. Yeah, a big help for a population that is completely revolved around synchros…

  1. 1. have you tried equipping bubbleman with mist body and having it attack your opponent’s monsters? you could also add spirit barrier to that…

    3. Ever heard of hearld of perfection? pretty nasty ritual monster that’s actually pretty popular these days. Maybe not good enough to be a tier deck, but still really good nonetheless. and manju of the ten thousand hands is the perfect card for it since it can search for the ritual parts and since it’s a fairy-type, you can use it for herald’s effect.

  2. aitsu, majestic dragon, these cards are abysmal and should never be run. i disagree with manju of the ten thousand hands, that card can be so powerful in ritual decks. and you should see the ritua archetype. its not going to be released yet but they have some neat cards. eviritua mind ogress and eviritua soul ogre are good rituals (i prefer mind ogress).

do hard to summon monsters with an effect that isn’t worth it can be added as very weak monsters? if that’s the case sleeping giant thud fits perfectly in that. you have to wait 20 turns to keep alive a level 1 normal monster and then tribute it on the 20th turn to summon him. can you say fail?

  3. are you guys familiar with the card blasting the ruins? the card that burns 3000 lifepoints out of your opponents life points and can be an otk with that and life equalizer. the problem is though that you have to have at least a wapping 30 cards in your graveyard or more to activate its effect. reason why i say this is because i want to try out a burn deck but blasting the ruins is kinda bad. having at least 30 or more cards in the graveyard is challenging even in a mill deck and can take so much time to use up.

  4. I actualy made a deck using that. the deck would have 3 blasting the ruins, the mask of remnants (so there will always be a spell/trap in the deck) and 3 magical merchants. the rest of the deck should be all monsters (preferably monsters with effects to retrieve cards from the grave, effects that self-mill, or effects that add magical merchant to your hand or face-down on the field). use magical merchant’s effect to mill through the deck until you get a blasting the ruins. do this 3 times and chances are you’ll have 3 blasting the ruins with over 30 cards in your grave for 9000 damage. not very strong and wasn’t always successful, but it was pretty fun.

  5. Errr, i have to disagree with the ten thousand hand, i have a ritual deck based around divine grace and it works great. There are plenty useless cards in yugioh. Lol i know this post is a bit late, but i am just saying.
