Yugioh Decade Duels

Yugioh Decade Duels, you guys probably have heard of this video game right? Well, I played it yesterday and it may have been one of the most abysmal Yugioh games I have ever played! It is so bad! There is no depth to the game as you play the same single player mode over and over again. The multi-player stinks as well; it lags a lot and it takes forever to find an opponent.

In order to ameliorate this game, the first thing I would do is to actually create a story-line that you follow. With stellar graphics (the game’s only positive aspect), a story mode would make it so much more entertaining. Konami needs to add a one-on-one mode too; that way, players can work on their decks before using them against other players. Speaking of dueling other players, Konami definitely needs to do some maintenance on the game’s online server. Every time I tried to duel someone on XBOX Live, the game would constantly say “loading” and it would take several minutes before an opponent was actually located…

Like I said before, this game is abysmal: DO NOT GET IT! If you guys want to play a real Yugioh video game, play World Championships 2011: Over the Nexus. It has a fabulous story mode option and with Nintendo Wi-Fi being very fast, it is easier to find an opponent to duel.

  1. Hi Guys,

I’m back after a long operation in Johannesburg. If you don’t mind could someone please summarise everything that happened whilst I wasn’t here because I haven’t really kept in touch with the game.

  2. @Yugioh fan

Oh man, you had an operation? I am sorry to hear that man. I hope you are hundred percent fine now and it is nice to see you back!

In terms of Yugioh, 5Ds just finished and a new show called Zexal was created. In 5Ds, Yusei defeats Primo, Lester, and Jose only to find out they are one being called Aporia. After he beats Aporia, Yusei finds out ZONE is the one who created Aporia and is seeking the destruction of the world. He travels to the Arc Cradle with help from the Norse duelists and is confronted by the masked rider, Antinomy, who is actually Bruno. Yusei and Antinomy duel and Yusei barely wins. Meanwhile, Jack, Luna, and Leo duel another Aporia. After a tough duel, they win after Leo summons the sixth signer dragon, Life Stream Dragon, showing everyone that he is signer after all! Crow and Akiza defeat a brainwashed Sherry as well. Afterwards, Yusei and the gang find ZONE and Yusei duels him. ZONE tuns out to be a scientist who recreated himself to be Yusei who tried to save the world from the fear of the Machine Emperors. However, ZONE’s plan did not work and New Domino City was destroyed. After Yusei plays the new super synchro Shooting Quasar Dragon, he beats ZONE, saving New Domino City. Some time passes by, and Jack, who has beaten every duelist in the world, goes to Yusei’s dinner party and duels Yusei, the only person Jack hasn’t beaten. After an epic duel, Yusei squeaks by for the win. He then sees that his friends, Crow, Akiza, Jack, and the twins, are scared of their futures. So Yusei lectures them and Akiza admits her love for him. While Yusei stays in New Domino City, his friends ride off to go to their own paths. Time fast forwards even further and everyone has grown considerably. Leo has become a rising pro duelist, Luna is Leo’s publicist, Jack is still the king. Crow is also a strong pro duelist but he has quit his team, telling them to replace him with Leo, who has become very strong. Akiza is a doctor, and she relays Yusei’s message to a patient. The show ends with the friends remembering Yusei and how he changed them all.

  3. Nice! Thanks for updating me! Hey that Shooting Quazar thingy, can it be collected? (As a real card)

  4. @blogger

are you sure you’re not confusing Shooting Quasar Dragon with Shooting Star Dragon?

  5. Yugioh Fan wanted to know if Shooting Quasar Dragon was available in the U.S., which it isn’t as it is only a Japanese promo card as of right now,but you said it came out in the U.S. in November, making me thing your thinking of Shooting Star Dragon, which was release in booster packs Nov. 16 of last year.

  6. Rocket is right, Quasar is only out in Japan as a promo. Perhaps you ment Shooting Star Dragon.
